When Beal Homes embarked on creating a modern, dynamic headquarters, they sought more than just a physical upgrade—they aimed for a workplace that reflected innovation, collaboration, and future-ready communication.

Nuway Audio Visual was appointed to deliver a comprehensive AV solution that aligned with this vision, integrating intelligent design, robust infrastructure, and user-friendly control systems across all departmental zones.

Reception & Digital Signage: First Impressions That Communicate

A professional and welcoming visitor experience begins in the reception area, where Nuway installed a 55-inch commercial-grade digital signage display, integrated with a 7-inch wall-mounted AV control panel. This system allows for seamless content updates, displaying everything from corporate branding to real-time announcements. The same signage system was extended into breakout areas and circulation zones, utilising 49-inch displays paired with digital signage players to maintain a consistent and engaging visual language throughout the building.

Collaboration Spaces: Seamless Communication from Boardroom to Meeting Pods

Nuway equipped the boardroom with a commanding 98-inch 4K touchscreen display, coupled with a 1080p 12x optical zoom camera for high-quality video conferencing. A powerful custom-coloured loudspeaker system with complementary subwoofer ensures immersive audio for hybrid meetings.

Three meeting rooms followed a standardised setup, including professional wall displays, wireless presentation systems with HDMI connectivity, native Microsoft Teams integration, and bring-your-own-device (BYOD) compatibility—providing flexibility for in-person and remote collaboration.

The Managing Director’s office was treated to a bespoke setup featuring a 65-inch display with TV tuner, mounted on a large wall bracket and connected to the same wireless presentation system, ensuring executive-level functionality.

Training, Tech & Creative Spaces: Empowering Learning and Innovation

The training room was designed for versatility, featuring a 5000-lumen LED laser projector mounted via a custom ceiling bracket, projecting onto a professional screen. Audio is distributed through a combination of four full-range wall-mounted speakers and ten high-performance ceiling speakers, delivering even coverage throughout the room. All AV elements are centrally managed via an intuitive wall-mounted control panel.

In the design lounge, a 65-inch display and a 55-inch interactive touchscreen were paired with premium wall-mounted speakers, enabling visual and audio support for creative presentations, project reviews, and client engagement.

The tech room/crèche combines functionality and simplicity, featuring a professional display, a high-quality soundbar, and a wall-mounted AV control panel - ideal for flexible training or interactive demonstrations.

Open-Plan Offices & Communal Areas: Everyday Technology, Elevated

Nuway integrated 49-inch professional displays on tilting wall brackets throughout open-plan office areas, ensuring visibility for announcements and internal communications. Paired with ceiling-mounted loudspeakers, these displays keep teams informed and connected without disrupting the workspace.

In the kitchen and breakout zone, an 85-inch display supports communal engagement, from digital signage to informal presentations. Complementary 49-inch displays, ceiling speakers, subwoofer, amplifier processor, and central AV control panel ensure the area is both relaxing and functional.

Outdoor Entertainment: Extending the Experience Beyond the Walls

The outdoor terrace was equipped with five weather-resistant planter speakers powered by a multi-channel amplifier, creating a vibrant and immersive atmosphere for staff and visitors alike—perfect for events, social gatherings, or casual downtime.

Feature Installation: Immersive 9-Screen Video Wall

As a centrepiece to Beal Homes’ HQ, Nuway designed and installed a 9-panel video wall, using five rows of 55-inch displays. This striking installation is perfect for large-scale presentations, branded content, or corporate messaging, and is fully integrated with the building’s AV infrastructure.

Project Delivery & Results

Led by Nuway’s experienced project manager, the installation was delivered through detailed planning, transparent communication, and strong supplier coordination. A structured GANTT chart supported timely delivery, despite global challenges in supply chains. Comprehensive training was provided to Beal Homes’ staff, ensuring that all systems are fully utilised and easily managed.

Post-installation feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Teams have reported significant improvements in communication, meeting efficiency, and collaboration. The system's scalability also ensures that Beal Homes can adapt their AV environment as the business evolves.
