Nuway Electrical is probably the largest independent electrical retailer in Hull and can supply any product to suit your needs, requirements or lifestyle.

The company was founded in 1978 by Mr Harry Bursell and consisted of one small store on Holderness Road, to the east of the city centre, where services included sales, rentals and repairs to all kinds of electrical appliances.

Since 1978, the company has expanded in the form of extending the Holderness Road branch in order to improve the capabilities of displaying our products at their best, Opening a second branch to the west of the city in Willerby (1988), and more recently our warehouse on Stoneferry Road from where we conduct deliveries.

The Willerby store on Kingston road has recently undergone a major refurbishment and specialises in more bespoke products such as home lighting and control systems and more commonly now, Plasma, LCD and High end home cinema products.Our aim is to take traditional and personal service, where the customer comes first, into any era of technology including the impending Digital switchover in 2011, LCD & Plasma and more recently the high definition era which creates picture perfect lifelike quality and amazing clarity.
